// who it's for · a small team

A platform team in a box.

You have a handful of engineers, more repos than people, a backlog that only grows, and no platform team. Infrared is the platform team, with the people who built it on call.

Agents take the defined jobs: building, testing, reviewing, fixing CI, keeping docs current. Your engineers decide what gets built and what ships, and get their afternoons back.

// your week with infrared

What it's like.

  1. monday

    The week's story is waiting.

    Products opens on last week: what reached production, lead time, failure rate, who did what, and a video of the week everyone can watch with their coffee.

  2. monday, later

    You triage the backlog.

    Issues from customers and from your team land as requests. The architect has planned each one; you build the ones that matter and hand the rest to a person.

  3. tuesday to thursday

    Changes move while you work.

    Agents build and review in parallel. The rail counts what needs you: a merge to approve, a question from an agent. Everything else moves without you.

  4. every push

    Delivery you don't have to babysit.

    Every push to main deploys zone by zone. A release guard watches each zone and rolls back a failure before your customers notice.

  5. friday

    You cut a release.

    Infrared says when there's enough in production to tell people about. It drafts the notes and a post for your users; you edit and cut.
